The World's First All-glass Undersea Restaurant Opens

The Maldives 15 April marks the day that the first ever all-glass undersea restaurant in the world opens its doors for business at the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa. Ithaa* will sit five meters below the waves of the Indian Ocean, surrounded by a vibrant coral reef and encased in clear acrylic offering diners 270-degrees of panoramic underwater views.

This innovative restaurant is the first of its kind in the world, and is part of a US $25 million re-build of Rangalifinolhu Island, one of the twin islands that make up Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa. This re-build includes the construction of 79 of the most luxurious Beach Villas in the country as well as the Spa Village, a self-contained, over-water 'resort-within-a-resort' consisting of a spa, restaurant and 21 villas.

Nomas.
you ran into a real jerk. What a shame that he was so much fun to talk to/hang out with/have alittle kissy face with -- and then he ran like a coward and a wholly insensitive brasturd. (yep, you know what I'm trying to spell here...)

I know it hurts and is humilating/enraging/baffling...

Men ought to have the decency to say something instead of disappearing. Anything that shows they are considerate of your feelings.

You can't fall in love with everyone. But you can think of what you would want if you were in the situation, and just say something along the lines of "I don't want to hurt you. I had a good time and enjoyed your company, but I don't think we are a match long-term because I'm looking for something different.".

I sincerely hope that the next few women he goes out with callously flirt with him, lead him on and then drop him without a word.

My empathy Nomas. Not everyone is like that.

Dang...that'd be awesome.

I'd be like "Yeah, I'd like that tuna swimming by the left pane on my dinner plate please"

Wally: Sorry I neglected to report that my leg is looking really well! I have been using the Mesoderma scar therapy cream on it. I'll post pixs soon although they won't be as exciting as the previous ones!

Anne: It does suck. I just wanted to be friends with benefits - afterall, I'm just separated. I also keep consoling myself with the thought that he became scared -I know I did. It's not often you meet someone and have an instant connection like that. He was married for 25 years so he does know how to behave! I'm just too fragile for that kind of crap right now.

Slick: I'm starving for good seafood!

Tracey: Oooh, that would scare the hell out of me!

Wally: why thank you. My preference is vodka, however.
Shh, about the separation thing. Not many people know. Not only does that suck but my first dating experience since has hurt me too. Thanks for your kindness.
