One Kind Act Wednesday
After telling Anne that I would participate in One Kind Act Wednesday, I am at a loss for anything to write. Actually, I have not left the property in about a week and rarely have contact with anyone anymore. Here is my very lame kind act: In trying to sort out an extra charge on a bill, I remained calm and polite despite the rudeness of the customer service representative. I thanked her for her time and hung up the phone.

As a former customer service rep (but not one of those rude one's you always talk to on the phone) I think you for that!

I always try to be nice and polite. This chick was condescending and very terse with me so I just interrupted her with a thank you and hung up.
See now, NoMas, that WAS a kind act... I might have been tempted to be flipping her off while I was talking through gritted teeth...
